CUSTOMER CARE

Most porcelain and non-custom origami pieces are sold at pop-ups and in partnership with other retailers or brands so may be out-of-stock. The schedule for pop-up locations is under the Events and Pop-ups tab on the menu.

 

Any origami shape is available for custom events, special occasions, mementos, or gifting. Designers and wedding planners can contact me directly to discuss any projects. If you have documents (old letters, photos of family, children's school assignments, special magazine issues) that you would like to have made into an origami keepsake for a loved one, I'm happy to discuss. All special orders require a 50% deposit with final payment prior to shipping. *Please email to place a special order.

Design professionals with a valid EIN can contact me for interior designer pricing.

Lead time for any personal special orders is 6-8 weeks for porcelain and 2-3 weeks for origami, once the papers have been received or sourced and depending upon the size and location of the project. Lead time is longer for events.

Listed prices do not include shipping charges, which are separate.

All sales are greatly appreciated and final. No returns or exchanges.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Square is the selling platform at pop-ups, so if you have made any purchases at other retail or online locations using Square, you are already in the system. I do not use or share your email information for anything other than sending out updates about Mikkusu.

 

PayPal is used for online purchases and your information is not used for any other purpose than completing the sale.

MailChimp is used for information and update posts and emails so your email address is added to that list when you subscribe or make a purchase.
